Arise Homecare Services will provide a dignified environment and a home-like living arrangement that is healthy and meets the physical and emotional needs of the clients. This will be culturally appropriate and available 24 hour basis to the clients.
The Agency will provide at minimum and not limited to sleeping accommodation, household supplies, physical and private accommodation, provision of basic personal hygiene supplies and sufficient storage space. Menu planning will ensure that clients receive three (3) nutritious meals per day and appropriate snacks in accordance with the United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) dietary guidelines.

24h CUSTOMIZED LIVING
Arise Homecare Services offers a 24-hour per day service that provides for a safe and healthy living environment for its clients.
The environment is able to meet the physical, emotional and cultural needs of the clients. The services are provided in a residential setting environment that is dignified and “home-like”.
ONGOING BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT
TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY (TBI)
Arise Homecare Services will provide a qualified attendant to supply needed services in order for the client to remain in a loving home and /or participate in their daily work./activities.
Arise Homecare Services provides a variety of interventions designed to maximize the functioning of members.
Arise Homecare Services offers a choice of direct care worker matching member needs/mutual agreement to serve. Services may include but are not limited to: facilitative therapies, special developmental skills,
behavior intervention, and sensory-motor development.
